LISA provides crucial support to many Verde Valley students. Our assistance helps ensure students have the resources needed to succeed academically, emotionally and physically. LISA assists in covering costs for essential items such as clothing, bedding, hygiene items, school supplies and extracurricular activities including field trips, camps and sports.

LISA stands out from other organizations because we are flexible in our spending capabilities and can cover a wide range of needs for students.

Some ways LISA has assisted students include:

  • Medical: bills, prescriptions, therapy, etc.

  • Clothing: shoes, coats, etc.

  • Hygiene: hair cuts, toothpaste, shampoo, feminine products, etc.

  • Home essentials like bedding

  • Class tuition

  • Cafeteria outstanding balances

  • Book purchases

  • Special events and celebrations like birthdays, Christmas, and more!

  • Admission to school fundraisers and school events such as dances, homecoming and prom

  • Graduation expenses

  • School supplies and equipment

  • Childcare costs such as preschool tuition

  • Fees for activities like sports, camps, field trips. parking spaces, college dorm deposits, testing, etc.
